A sample essay ( continue writing ) CW

   It was a beautiful Sunday morning. There were birds chirping noisily. A i stepped out of my house, i saw the sun shining brightly. As usual, i took a short cut to go to school. I was whistling merrily to himself. I was in high spirits because my final examination had just ended.

   Suddenly from a distance, i saw an object that looked like a bag under a huge Angsana tree. In a twinkling of an eye, i quickened my steps and reached the spot. I was right. It was an old leather bag, partly hidden among the bushes.

   I grabbed the bag and opened it quickly. I was shocked to see bundles of RM500 notes. There were at least 15 bundles. My hands were trembling for a minute. I could not think wisely. I tried to calm down and looked around, but there was no one.

   Now, i were in dilemma with what to do with my new riches. At first, i wanted to keep the money so that i could buy what i wanted. Then, i had second thoughts. What if it was stolen money?  It would than make me a criminal if i decided to keep the money.

   Finally, i was right about what to do with the money. I took the bag of money to the police station. I told the inspector, ASP Ahmad what happened and handed the bag to him. ASP Ahmad praised me for my honety, and assured me the police would take the necessary action.after that, i rushed to school. I knew that i was late to school.

   Unfortunately, i was caught by the school perfect for coming late and i was taken to the discipline teacher’s room. I tried to explain to the discipline teacher, but the teacher would not believe me and reprimanded me. Then, suddenly my class teacher come to the room and asked me to follow her to the principal’s room.

   I was supraised when he saw ASP Ahmad in the principal’s room. He told the principal about me. The principal was very happy and praised me for my honesty besides being good. From then on, i had  became a role model for other students to emulate. The principal told me to continue doing good deeds.
